Company Background

E-CLUB INTERACTIVE SDN BHD is a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 and a registered member of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Content Code.

22nd February 2005 E-CLUB is granted and licensed to further develop the MyKad-based Application by Cardsys Sdn. Bhd. (407836-T) - (The Authorized MyKad Developer).

The components used in the development package are valid and authorized by The Ministry of National Registration Dept. Cardsys Sdn. Bhd. had certified and endorsed the MyKad Client Software Application (e-Card Registration System) Designed and Developed by E-Club Interactive Sdn Bhd dated 23rd March 2005.

To assist the Government of Malaysia to promote the active usage of the MyKad as an exclusive national identification document within the context of all forms of business and economic activities.

Since 2004, E-Club has been empowered to protect, administer, publish, resell and regulate Valve Software powered by STEAM in Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. (Representative)

E-Sports based events are now becoming major attractions and draws visitors, tourists and sport enthusiasts to a country.
Developed as well as developing countries are increasingly relying on E-sports to promote themselves and in the process earns revenue for their countries including promoting international prominence.
E- Sport is fast gaining international stature and would definitely give impetus to bring in foreign visitors and tourists to the respective country.

In 2006, we have successfully created a software tool (Cafe Administration Tool) towards enhancing the broadband penetration/usage under the Asian country’s Broadband Plan powered by STEAM®.
Up to today, as a broadband entertainment hub, e-Club have served more than 62 countries and most of our servers are located in Singapore.

We reckoned that with this program, more ‘mind sport’ talents could also be identified to represent their country in future E-sport competitions, amongst them are The International, Asian Cyber Games, Electronic Sports Would Cup, The Cyberathlete Professional League and the World Cyber Games

AsianCyberGames, a registered trademark under Trademarks ACT class 41 dated June, 08, 2006 , is a project conceived, produced, and managed and wholly owned by Online e-Club Management Sdn Bhd.
